Description
A wood-style hybrid carrying the same design philosophy as the 512ZFX driver and fairway wood. The body is manufactured from 17-4 stainless steel and combined with a Custom 455 face. AXIS has reduced the curvature of the face to increase the effective contact area and make clean contact easier.
The rounded sole improves turf interaction from different lies, while the relatively deep and stable head construction assists launch even on imperfect strikes. The result is a hybrid that produces the distance expected from a wood-based construction, while retaining enough control and spin management to attack a green. Four interchangeable weights offer additional head tuning.
